Overview
MNEMOPRIV OPC ("MNEMOPRIV," "we," "us") operates this website and provides business operations services under our PRAXIS brand. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Protecting business information is fundamental to how we work. We collect only what we need, keep it only as long as it serves a clear purpose, and never sell it.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as your name, email address, company name, and role, provided when you email us or request a strategy call.
- Business context you choose to share with us—your workflows, tools, operational challenges, and goals—so we can prepare a useful conversation.
- Correspondence, including messages you send us and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and pages viewed, used to understand how the site performs.
- We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioural data to third parties.
Client engagement information
When we begin an engagement, we may access systems, documents, and business data necessary to deliver the service. This information is handled under the terms of the relevant engagement agreement, accessed only by assigned personnel, and used solely to perform the work.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule strategy calls.
- To prepare, deliver, and improve the services you engage us for.
- To maintain records, issue invoices, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
- To keep our systems secure and to prevent misuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use client business data to market to third parties.
How we protect information
Every professional at MNEMOPRIV completes a structured vetting process, including identity verification and background screening, before joining an engagement. Access to client information is limited to the people who need it to perform the work, and is revoked when an engagement ends or a role changes. Confidentiality obligations apply to our personnel and, where relevant, to our subcontractors.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
We use a limited number of third-party tools to run our business—for example email, scheduling, document storage, and accounting software. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards. We share information with them only as needed to operate.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- You may ask what information we hold and how it is being used.
To make a request, email mnemopriv@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Some requests may be limited by legal or contractual obligations we must continue to meet.
International handling
MNEMOPRIV OPC operates from the Philippines and works with clients and professionals in other jurisdictions. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistently with this policy.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve or as legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
